Interesting fact: For the James Bond movie “You Only Live Twice” a convertible was created by actually cutting the roof off a coupé and putting a folded fake fabric roof behind the cockpit. So this was not a working convertible, although I believe it would have been an absolute hit for any markets. But Toyota decided not to build a convertible model. God knows why as it would have been very pretty…
